#1Am Samstag gab AnimeJapan per Live-Stream die Gewinner ihrer vierten „Manga We Want to See Animated“-Umfrage bekannt. Rund 250.000 Personen stimmten für eine Liste von über 100 nominierten Titeln. Die Abstimmung fand zwischen dem 18. und 28. Februar statt.
Unter den Top 10 platzierten war auch Inoris „I’m in Love with the Villainess“ („Watashi no Oshi wa Akuyaku Reijou“), der Titel wurde mit dem fünften Platz ausgezeichnet. Die Schöpferin der Serie Inori brachte ihrer Begeisterung über die Ankündigung zum Ausdruck und schrieb bei Twitter: „Dank der Unterstützung aller konnten wir ein großartiges Ergebnisse erzielen. Vielen Dank an alle, die für uns gestimmt haben!“ Zusammen mit den Manga und Light Novel Illustratoren Hanakeda und Sumio Aono kommentierten sie ihre Platzierung bei AnimeJapan:
Die Serie scheint sehr populär zu sein. Als sich der Manga „Bloom Into You“ so gut bei dieser Umfrage platzierte, wurde er tatsächlich adaptiert. Das lässt hoffen!
