Liberty Animation Studio is a Japanese animation studio headquartered in Tokyo.

The company was founded under the name Liberty Ship. The renaming to the current name took place on April 24, 2011, when former employees of Animation Staffroom’s CG department moved to Liberty Ship after their old company was dissolved.

Das Unternehmen wurde ursprünglich unter dem Namen Liberty Ship gegründet. Die Umbenennung zum jetzigen Namen fand am 24. April 2011 statt, als einige ehemalige Mitarbeiter der CG-Abteilung des Studios Animation Staffroom zu Liberty Ship wechselten, nachdem ihre alte Firma aufgelöst wurde.
