Shounen-Gahousha Co., Ltd. is a Japanese publishing house which was founded under the name MeiMei-Sha in October 1945.

At the founding time it published manuals for cars and textbooks for English conversation. In 1950 the company was renamed to Shounen Gahou which was the name of their most successful magazine. Only six years later in 1956 the company was once again renamed and thus acquired their current name Shounen-Gahousha.

Its headquarters is currently situated in the Chiyoda ward of Tokyo.

Shounen-Gahousha Co., Ltd. wurde im Oktober 1945 unter dem Namen MeiMei-Sha gegründet und ist ein japanisches Verlagshaus.

Zur Zeit der Gründung veröffentlichte der Verlag Handbücher für Autos und Lernmaterial für englische Konversation. Im Jahr 1950 benannte sich der Verlag in Shounen Gahou um, der Name ihres erfolgreichsten Magazins. Im Jahr 1956 erfolgte eine erneute Umbenennung in den heutigen Namen Shounen-Gahousha.

Der Hauptsitz liegt zur Zeit im Bezirk Chiyoda der Stadt Tokyo.
