Pokémon: Lucario y el misterio de Mew (2005)

A long time ago, the knight Sir Aaron, the “Aura Guardian”, saved the world from an evil threat together with his Pokémon Lucario. Shortly before, however, Sir Aaron banished Lucario into his staff and then disappeared without a trace. Years later, a competition is held in the palace of Cameran in honour of Sir Aaron. The winner receives the title “Aura Guardian” as a prize and the right to carry Aaron’s staff for one night. Ash and Pikachu enter the competition and win. But when Ash is presented with the Staff of Aaron, he suddenly hears the voice of Lucario trapped inside. While Ash tries to free Lucario from the staff, Meowth and Pikachu are kidnapped by the Pokémon Mew. Together with his friends and the staff, Ash sets out to rescue Pikachu and discovers the true story of Sir Aaron and Lucario.

Vor langer Zeit hat der Ritter Sir Aaron, der »Hüter der Aura«, gemeinsam mit seinem Pokémon Lucario die Welt vor einer bösen Bedrohung gerettet. Kurz zuvor verbannte Sir Aaron Lucario jedoch in seinen Stab und verschwand danach spurlos. Jahre später findet im Palast von Cameran ein Pokémon-Wettbewerb zu Ehren von Sir Aaron statt. Der Sieger erhält als Preis den Titel »Hüter der Aura« und das Recht, den Stab des Aaron eine Nacht lang tragen zu dürfen. Ash und Pikachu nehmen an dem Wettbewerb teil und siegen. Doch als Ash den Stab des Aaron überreicht bekommt, hört er plötzlich die Stimme des darin gefangenen Lucario. Während Ash versucht, Lucario aus dem Stab zu befreien, werden Mauzi und Pikachu von dem Pokémon Mew entführt. Gemeinsam mit seinen Freunden und dem Stab macht sich Ash auf den Weg, um Pikachu zu retten, und entdeckt dabei die wahre Geschichte von Sir Aaron und Lucario.
