Sinopsis:
Hoshino Koto siempre quiso ser como su ídolo, Misuzo: una heroína de inagotable valor. Pero cuando una fuerza maligna se materializa y absorbe a toda la humanidad, Koto-chan se encuentra inducida involuntariamente dentro del Cosprayers. Este Cosmopolitan Prayers, un equipo formado por siete hermosas chicas, puras de corazón y cuerpo, expertas en sellos espirituales, deben utilizar sus habilidades para purificar las torres oscuras. ¿Pero podrán superar la aflicción y la traición para convertirse en la Diosa Blanca de la Luz? ¿Y podrá Koto superarse para salvar a sus nuevas amigas y al mundo?

All over the world, soldiers are gathered to prevent the resurrection of evil. However, this endeavour goes wrong and so all people disappear from the earth.

Seventeen-year-old high school student Hoshino Koto wants nothing more than to be brave like her favourite character Misuzu. On a school trip, she visits the sacred place of this miko, the shrine of Izumo, where a ceremony is held for Misuzu. Suddenly, she is followed by something and her mirror begins to shine as if it was calling her. As if she is being guided by someone, she goes straight in the direction of the sacred place. The situation becomes dangerous for her, so the leader of the Cosprayers, Crus, comes to her rescue. Crus is pulled into the mirror and Scarlet, one of the Cosprayers, tries to help him. Before Crus is completely in the mirror, he just says “Help the girl”. Shortly afterwards, the floor of the sacred square shakes.

When Koto regains consciousness, she finds that everything has changed. Not a soul lingers here and, apart from her, only giants from the dark realm are on the planet.

In der ganzen Welt werden Soldaten gesammelt, um die Auferstehung des Bösen zu verhindern. Dieses Unterfangen geht jedoch schief und so verschwinden alle Menschen von der Erde.

Die siebzehnjährige Oberschüleirn Hoshino Koto wünscht sich nichts sehnlicher, als mutig zu sein, wie ihr Lieblingscharakter Misuzu. Auf einem Schulausflug besucht sie den heiligen Platz von diesem Miko, der Schrein von Izumo, wo eine Zeremonie wegen Misuzu gehalten wird. Plötzlich wird sie von etwas verfolgt und ihr Spiegel beginnt zu strahlen, als ob er rufen würde. Als ob sie von jemandem geführt wird, geht sie direkt in die Richtung des heiligen Platzes. Die Situation wird gefährlich für sie, da kommt der Führer der Cosprayers, Crus, zu Hilfe. Crus wird in den Spiegel gezogen und Scarlet, eine der Cosprayer, versucht ihm zu helfen. Bevor Crus ganz im Spiegel ist, sagt er nur noch »Hilf dem Mädchen«. Kurz danach zittert der Boden des heiligen Platzes.

Als Koto ihr Bewusstsein zurückerlangt, muss sie feststellen, dass sich alles verändert hat. Keine Menschenseele verweilt mehr hier und abgesehen von ihr befinden sich lediglich Riesen aus dem finsteren Reich auf dem Planeten.
