Yuu is an aspiring healer. Although he is panic-stricken by them, he has the special ability to tame monsters. One day, he is gifted a water bottle by his father, who bought it from a peddler for ten gold. The water suddenly takes shape in Yuu’s possession as the creature from inside the bottle awakens and emerges as a little blue-haired girl named Merc, who can’t remember her past. Together, they embark on an adventurous journey through the magical world of Mehterhane to discover who Merc really is.

Yuu ist ein angehender Heiler und besitzt die besondere Fähigkeit, Monster zu zähmen, obwohl er panische Angst vor ihnen hat. Eines Tages bekommt er von seinem Vater eine Flasche Wasser geschenkt, die dieser bei einem Hausierer für 10 Gold gekauft hat. Das Wasser nimmt im Besitz von Yuu plötzlich Form an: Das Wesen im Inneren der Flasche erwacht und hervor kommt ein kleines blauhaariges Mädchen namens Merc, das sich nicht an seine Vergangenheit erinnern kann. Zusammen begeben sie sich auf eine abenteuerliche Reise durch die magische Welt von Mehterhane, um zu erfahren, wer sie wirklich ist.
