While Mikado Ryuugamine punishes the Dollars with his warped sense of justice, Masaomi Kida wants to bring him to his senses and reunite the Yellow Scarves. The power struggle in the city escalates further, Shinra’s flat is stormed, and the found head of a female Dullahan ends up in the news in front of everyone. The whole area descends into chaos, and the current unrest sets the stage for the final chapter of strange events in Ikebukuro.
Während Mikado Ryuugamine die Dollars mit seinem verzerrten Sinn für Gerechtigkeit bestraft, will Masaomi Kida ihn zur Vernunft bringen und die gelben Schale wieder vereinen. Der Machtkampf in der Stadt eskaliert weiter, Shinras Wohnung wird gestürmt und der gefundene Kopf einer weiblichen Dullahan landet vor aller Öffentlichkeit in den Nachrichten. Die ganze Gegend versinkt im Chaos und die aktuellen Unruhen bilden die Bühne für das letzte Kapitel der seltsamen Ereignisse in Ikebukuro.

A Tokyo, nel quartiere Ikebukuro, si riunisce un gruppo eterogeneo: un giovane che anela a una vita tranquilla, un teppista, un giovane che si occupa di informazione “per divertimento”, un medico del mercato nero, un liceale ossessionato dalla magia e un motociclista senza testa che guida a fari spenti una moto nera. Le gang tornano a contendersi il controllo della zona e la situazione prende una piega anomala, quando l’identità del motociclista inizia a essere svelata… A Ikebukuro sono le gang di criminali a farla da padrone dando vita a storie anomale, in cui le emozioni sono espresse al loro stato più puro.
