Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash (2016)

Pitch black darkness is all that Haruhiro sees when he wakes up. Moreover, he can’t remember anything. He doesn’t know who he is or where he comes from. The world he finds himself in is also completely foreign to him and he has no idea how he got there. Around him, he notices other people who are feeling the same way.

However, one thing soon becomes clear to him: This is not the normal world, but a foreign world called Grimgar. To survive in Grimgar, you need to work hard for your money and so Haruhiro soon finds himself in the group of Manato, Moguzou, Ranta, Yume and Shihoru, who have landed in Grimgar at the same time as him. He now has to work with them and master new skills to survive in this harsh and hostile environment.

Tiefschwarze Dunkelheit ist alles, was Haruhiro sieht, als er aufwacht. Zudem kann er sich an nichts mehr erinnern. Er weiß nicht, wer er ist und woher er kommt. Auch ist ihm die Welt, in der er sich wiederfindet, vollkommen unbekannt und er weiß nicht, wie er dort hingekommen ist. Um ihn herum bemerkt er andere Leute, denen es genauso geht.

Eines wird ihm jedoch schnell klar: Das ist nicht die normale Welt, sondern eine ihm fremde Welt namens Grimgar. Um in Grimgar zu überleben, muss man für sein tägliches Brot hart arbeiten, und so findet sich Haruhiro alsbald in der Gruppe von Manato, Moguzou, Ranta, Yume und Shihoru wieder, die zeitgleich mit ihm in Grimgar gelandet sind. Er muss nun mit den anderen zusammenarbeiten und neue Fähigkeiten erlernen, um in der rauen und feindlichen Umgebung zu überleben.
